Q. What is an electronic statement?
A. An Electronic Statement allows Westfield Bank banking customers the ability to receive an electronic version of their statement instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail.  It is a faster and more environmentally friendly alternative to receiving a traditional paper statement.  By signing up for E-Statement delivery you can help protect your identity by reducing the possibility of your statement being lost or stolen in the mail.

. How do I sign up for E-Statements?
A. Please choose the link to sign up for E-statements on our home page and follow the instructions.

. Will I continue to receive a paper statement in the mail?
A. No. by choosing to receive an E-statement you elect to discontinue the process of having Westfield Bank furnish you with a monthly paper statement via regular mail.

. Is my statement information secure?
A. Our customer's privacy and security is a priority at Westfield Bank.  Your statements are protected by the same technology that keeps your web banking encrypted and secure.

. Is there a fee for E-statements?
A
. NO - it is a FREE service offered to Westfield Bank customers.

. What account statements are available electronically?  
A. Your checking and savings accounts are all available for electronic delivery.  If you have a combined statement ALL of your accounts on the combined statement will be sent electronically.

. How long will it take before I receive my electronic statement? 
A
. Depending on when your statement cycle date is you may still receive one more paper statement before your first E-statement is sent.  Once you have completed the confirmation process, you will receive an e-mail when your E-Statement is ready for viewing.

. Can I have my E-Statement sent to more than one e-mail address?

. Your electronic statement can only be sent to ONE e-mail address.

. What if I change my e-mail address?
A
. You must notify Westfield Bank of any e-mail address changes

. Who should I contact if I don't receive my E-Statement or I have forgotten my username?
A. Please call any member of our Electronic Banking Team Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at 413-564-2640 for assistance.

. Who should I contact if I have forgotten my password?

. You may change your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" button on the log in page.

. How long will I have access to my e-statement?
A. Your e-statement will be available for viewing for 18 months.  You may also print or save your statements on your computer so that they will be available for viewing for a longer period of time.

What if I no longer wish to receive an E-Statement?

You may resume receiving a paper statement by contacting our Electronic Banking team at 413-564-2640 for assistance.
