TELEPHONE BANKING
You can access your accounts anytime and from anyplace with Westfield Bank's telephone banking service.
All you need is a touch-tone phone to transfer funds, make loan payments and receive current account information. The first time you access the system, you'll be asked for the last four digits of your social security number. You will then be asked to select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for all future calls.
