He strives to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and prides himself on providing outstanding customer service. Mike is currently a board member for the Chicopee Boys and Girls Club, a board member for Memory Strategies, and a member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with his family and their dog.

Lauri has over 35 years of banking experience and was named a Top Performer for her sales results in the Business & Government Deposit Services department. She is dedicated to helping business customers meet their financial needs and prides herself on cultivating and maintaining customer relationships. Lauri additionally serves on the board of the Behavioral Health Network, and volunteers at the Springfield Boys & Girls Club's annual Festival of Trees event.

Cathy joined Westfield Bank in 2019 and has been involved in cash management and commercial banking throughout her successful career. She takes a consultative approach with all of her clients with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor. She is very active in the community and is a member of multiple chambers of commerce in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut.

Christine values trust, integrity, kindness, and teamwork in her interactions with customers and was named BGDS Salesperson of the Year in 2019 and 2020. She is very active in the community, serving on the Membership Committee for the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce and volunteering as a tree decorator for the Springfield Boys & Girls Club's annual Festival of Trees fundraiser. She loves learning new things and her interests include kayaking, golf, and traveling.

Brion has over a decade of experience in the banking industry, including time spent as a Mortgage Loan Officer and a Branch Sales Manager. He is passionate about creating a wellness plan for his clients that is based on trust and an understanding of needs so they can thrive with their financial goals. He is an advocate for the JDRF, helping to raise awareness to detect the early signs of Type 1 diabetes.
