We are aware of a scam in which businesses are receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be a Westfield Bank representative to verify transactions, including ACH and wire transfers. The receiver may be asked to verbally provide personal information including online banking credentials and passwords. As a reminder, we will never ask for that information over the phone.
