Retail Banking Team

A longtime Southwick resident, Jill has been building strong customer relationships for 31 years. She is an active member of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with the Southwick Rotary, the Southwick Civic Fund, and Our Community Food Pantry. She is a past recipient of the Paul Harris Award and a former Rotary President. Outside of work, Jill enjoys supporting local charitable events and nonprofits.

As manager of our Center Street office in Chicopee, Sherleen is laser-focused on her customers. But she's also committed to making a difference outside the office. One of her main initiatives is creating financial literacy programs for children. Her efforts in that area led to a special recognition award for her work with students in the Springfield School System. In addition to financial literacy programs, Sherleen is a board member of Revitalize CDC and a committee member at the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce and Credit for Life in Springfield.

Cody has held many roles during his time with Westfield Bank and quickly made his way to branch management. He is a hard worker and committed to helping his customers with problems big and small. Outside of work, Cody enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Filipe has been in banking for over 17 years and has worked in several different departments including Retail Banking, Commercial Lending, and Mortgage Lending. His community service work includes sitting on the Finance Committee for the Chicopee Portuguese American Scholarship Fund and being a member of the ERC5 Chamber of Commerce. He is an accomplished musician and a huge Portuguese soccer fan.

Derrick values customer service and creating partnerships based on trust and respect. He is a member of the ERC5 Chamber of Commerce and the East Longmeadow Rotary, and is on the board of directors of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce. He holds an undergraduate degree from Western New England University and earned an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys road trips, waterfalls, exploring nature and microbrews, and his two cats.

In his role as a Branch Manager, Brian likes to know what keeps an individual and a business customer awake at night so he can provide them with products or services to help put their mind at ease. He is active in the community and is a member of the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys playing billiards, watching movies, kayaking, and fishing.

Mirna's story is truly inspirational. When she immigrated to the United States as a refugee, she did not speak English. She started out in banking as a teller and worked her way up to become branch manager. Known for her strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail, Mirna has taken numerous courses at the Center for Financial Training and has completed four certificate programs. Outside of the office she enjoys being a wife, mother, cat mom, runner, and baker.

Mary Ann has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. She enjoys leading, mentoring, and managing a branch team and has a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Her community service includes serving as treasurer of the Agawam Rotary Club among other volunteer activities. She enjoys walking and hiking on local trails and spends her summers boating on the Connecticut River.

Laurie has been helping people and businesses in the Hilltowns with their banking for over 20 years. Her love of these communities extends to her community service, where she serves as Vice President of Jacob’s Ladder Business Association, Treasurer for the Lions Club and Gateway Education Foundation, Clerk of the Friends of Southern Hilltowns Adult Education Center, and Trustee of the Huntington Public Library. Her interests include knitting, reading, the beach, and all things Jeep.

Greg believes in treating customers with respect and dignity, an approach that was instrumental in him being named Business Specialist of the Year in 2019. He is a member of the Holyoke and Easthampton Chambers of Commerce and volunteers at his kids' school. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, cooking, and spending time with his kids.

Named one of the Top 25 "Women to Watch in Banking: by Western MA Women Magazine", Anja believes in building strong relationships with her customers so they will always have a resource available to them. She serves as a board member and volunteer for West Springfield Lions Club and is actively involved with the Exposition Area Scholarship. A recipient of Rotary Club Paul Harris Award, Anja enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Nancie has over 30 years of banking experience and enjoys leading, mentoring, and managing employees. She is committed to developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers. She started her career as a teller and has excelled in multiple positions over the years, earning multiple "Top Performer" awards. Nancie graduated with top honors from the New England College of Business in 2017 while working for Westfield Bank. Outside of work, she enjoys summer boating with family and friends and taking boot camp classes at the gym.

Born and raised in Agawam, Heather has over 20 years of retail banking experience. She prides herself on being connected to the community and is passionate about helping her customers succeed. In addition to serving on the board of the West of the River Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Heather is active in many Chamber and community events. Outside of work, Heather can be found enjoying her free time with her family.

The saying 'Need something done? Ask a busy person.' fits Lindsay well. She became a branch manager at the age of 25 and earned a bachelor's degree while working full-time. Her strong work ethic extends to community service, too. She is currently Secretary for the Maryann Loprete Memorial Foundation, 1st VP for the Granby Chamber of Commerce and a board member-elect at the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. Outside the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with family and friends..

Adrian is passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals, which explains the success he's enjoyed in his banking career. He also places a great deal of emphasis on training, mentoring, and supporting his co-workers. He is active in the Enfield community and currently serves as the Secretary of the Enfield Rotary and the Treasurer of The Network Against Domestic Abuse. His interests include hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Tawana has over 20 years of experience in customer service and financial services and believes in building strong, long-lasting relationships with her customers and making their financial lives better. Outside of work, she has participated in financial literacy events for children, has volunteered at Foodshare CT, and serves on the board of the Granby Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, Tawana enjoys attending her son’s football games and track meets, cooking, traveling and Zumba.

In her role, Patrice acts as a banking resource for new and existing small businesses. She is an advocate for financial literacy and volunteers her time for West Hartford Hunger Action, West Hartford BNI, West Hartford Chamber Minority Business Network, and the Faith Tabernacle Church in Manchester. Her hobbies include watching movies, visiting museums, and touring historical sites.

Karen has been helping retail and business customers for over 40 years. She credits her success to listening to customers, educating them on products and services, and making recommendations that make sense for their unique situations. She volunteers her time in the community and is also a member of the West Springfield Rotary. In her spare time, she loves spending time at the beach and visiting her children.

Ken, a leader in his community, is extremely passionate about his family. He has currently adopted two of his four children through the foster care system and is the process of adopting his other two. In 2019, both he and his husband received an award for the high level of care they provide their foster children called the "Commitment of Caring Award". Outside of work, he enjoys going to the beach, the park, or Puerto Rico with his family.
