Redesigned Deposit and Loan Statements 

As you may have noticed, our deposit and loan statements have been redesigned. 

Here's what's new:

  • New Look and Feel – The updated design is clean, easy-to-read, and provides an organized recap of your monthly deposit and/or loan activity.
  • eNotices – Receive alerts for deposit and loan account notices via email and view those notices in the eStatements area of Online Banking.
  • eBills – Save paper and reduce clutter by receiving your mortgage, home equity, consumer, and commercial loan statements electronically.  

Here's how to take advantage of these new statement features: 

> Deposit Customers Currently Enrolled in eStatements
If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, any loan accounts you have with us will be automatically added to your eStatements area. Simply select the loan accounts you want to receive eBills for. Please note that loan statements will not be converted to eBills automatically.

> Deposit & Loan Customers NOT Currently Enrolled in eStatements
Not currently receiving statements electronically? Simply enroll in Online Banking, accept the agreement, and then follow the prompts to enroll in eStatements and/or eBills.

> Loan Customers Who Do Not Have a Westfield Bank Deposit Account
To receive eBills, you will need to enroll in Online Banking, accept the agreement, and then follow the prompts to enroll in eStatements.
