With Touch ID, convenient access to your Westfield Bank accounts is at your fingertips.
Using a Touch ID-configured mobile device, you can log in to WB Mobile Banking with your fingerprint (or thumbprint) versus typing in a traditional username and password. In addition to added convenience, Touch ID is also incredibly secure, as fingerprints (and thumbprints) are unique to you. To enable Touch ID, simply follow the steps below.

How to Enable Touch ID
Activate Touch ID on your mobile device via the "Settings" menu on your device.
Log in to the WB Mobile App. (Note: You may be prompted upon logging in to activate Touch ID.)
If not prompted, select “More” at the bottom of the app to enable Touch ID.
Select the “Touch ID” tile within the “More” menu.
The “Touch ID” settings screen will display. Activate the service by sliding the Touch ID button to “On”.
Note: Touch ID can be enabled by users at any time and is not a requirement. Once activated, customers can use the Touch ID icon on the login screen for future log-ins.
